Welcome to Beta News for the week of April 27th, 2008!!
This Thursday, May 1st, is the End of the Year Party!! It starts at 5:30pm at the American Legion. The Legion is located at 292 S. Wisconsin St. (click the link for a Google map). This is a fun get together where Beta members can relax and enjoy some food, it is also a themed party. The theme is jersey party. Pledges are required to attend this event. It is also the time for elections so get your nominations in!
Nominations for the Beta E-Board for Fall of 2007 are needed! Here are the positions available:
- President Elect (Fall 2008)
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Vice President of Membership
- Vice President of Information Systems
- Vice President of Publicity
- Vice President of Special Events
- Vice President of Special Events
- Vice President of External Reporting- Elect
If you want more information, please contact the current board member in that position ( http://orgs.uww.edu/uwwbeta/officers.html). You can nominate yourself or someone you know for any of these positions right up until the election at the End of the Year Party.
