A little about the firms:

PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) is well placed to help you meet the challenges and opportunities of the US marketplace. We offer the perspective of a global organization combined with detailed knowledge of local, state and US national issues. Formed in 1998 from a merger between Price Waterhouse and Coopers & Lybrand, PwC has a history in client services that dates back to the nineteenth century. Each accounting practice originated in London during the mid-1800s.

Today, PwC serves 29 industries. Our industry-focused professionals in the fields of assurance, tax, human resources, transactions, performance improvement and crisis management help to resolve complex client and stakeholder issues worldwide. We also bring our experience and talents to help educational institutions, the federal government, non-profits, and international relief agencies address their unique business issues.

Our success in meeting today's business challenges rests on the way we approach our work. We call our approach Connected Thinking. Connected Thinking fosters collaboration and knowledge sharing whether our staff members are at a client site, telecommuting, or working from any of our offices nationwide. We combine our unique perspectives, skills, and
diverse backgrounds to create innovative solutions to today's most complex business issues.

Hello, and welcome to Schenck Business Solutions.

First off, let us introduce ourselves. You may know us by reputation as a CPA firm. Well, that we are. And a whole lot more.

Over 75 years of helping businesses meet their goals has taught us that our clients wanted and needed more than traditional CPA services. Businesses, whether small, large, or somewhere in between, all have similar challenges—from accounting and auditing, technology, and tax solutions to payroll services, retirement plan administration, cost segregation, and general business consultation. Yet, every business requires unique solutions specific to their individual environment. And that's precisely what Schenck delivers.

What's the Schenck difference? Our people.

What differentiates Schenck from anyone else lies not only in what services we provide. It's how we do it. It's our people who truly make the difference. People who like to roll up their sleeves and really dig into their work to provide value to our clients. You won't find us simply glued to our seats analyzing spreadsheets and perusing tax books. We're out in the real world—your world—talking, and more important, listening to you. We expect to become your financial advisor of choice by helping you reach your goals.

Listening. It's the foundation of any good relationship. And that's what we're all about. Building—and maintaining—strong relationships between our people and yours.

A little about RSM McGladrey:

A Solid Base in Wisconsin

We established our first Wisconsin office in Janesville in 1954. We added offices over the years, such as the Superior office, which became part of our firm through our merger with Broeker Hendrickson in the late 1970s. Our La Crosse location was established as a result of a 1982 merger with a firm that had served the tri-state area since the early 1940s. Today, our largest office is located in Madison, which expanded in 1990 as a result of the merger of Fitzpatrick & Roberts, and then again in 1994 through the acquisition of Houghton Taplick & Co.

Our Services
We serve 1,500 clients in a number of industries, including: manufacturing and wholesale distribution, financial services, health care, construction, communications, real estate, professional services, and not for profit organizations.

Our Charitable Efforts
In Madison, we actively support the local sports franchises through our involvement with the University of Wisconsin Badger athletics programs. In Janesville, employees also participate in the American Heart Walk, Spotlight on Kids, and Habitat for Humanity projects. All of our Wisconsin offices are involved in their community's United Way campaign, and Madison is an active contributor to the Loaned Executive program. Each office makes a significant corporate donation in addition to individual employee contributions.
